Due to Australian Consumer Law, TOUCANDY cannot accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (swimwear) to be exchanged or refunded. TOUCANDY have strict rules so please choose your sizes carefully. We only accept refunds if the item is faulty and not worn.
Please note that ANY items purchased on markdown are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Faulty items:
You have 14 days "Return Warranty" which starts from the date of receiving the bikini and then we will resend you a replacement or refund you. If you have a problem with the bikini please feel free to contact us immediately.
Warranty Process:
To guarantee a fast and smooth return process, please email your order number and the product name. Then kindly follow these steps:
- Please describe the issue and provide us with clear pictures that display the problem.
- Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty.

We do not accept worn bikinis unless faulty.
Return costs:
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us with the returning parcel tracking information.
